He is defined by an insatiable curiosity and a steadfast culinary philosophy. He continues to refine his skills daily and embraces new culinary challenges.From a young age,He developed a deep love for French cuisine, igniting his culinary journey. Starting in a hotel restaurant, he honed his skills and played a pivotal role in the launch of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi. In January 2015, he introduced "Kamatsuda," a restaurant known for its innovative dishes that blend French tradition with contemporary creativity.
